Okay. I admit. I lied. In my first post. About the dancing part. I do dance. Alot. I just finished learning how to dance to the Fiction chorus part. However, after I was done. I regretted ever trying to learn all of these dances. STEP, Beautiful, Love is Move, Gee, Yayaya and now Fiction. I mean, what's the point? Everytime there is this dance off thing going on in my school, there will always be this girl who just knows how to dance to everything. When I mean everything, I mean it. During structured lessons one day, I saw her dancing. She's good. I gotta admit. Even my close friends kept asking her to dance to more and more. Like The Boys by SNSD, STEP By KARA or maybe even Fiction. So when I witnessed it, I thought to myself, I have to... no wait. must improve my dancing. So during the first 3 weeks of holidays, I practiced. I practiced and practiced and practiced till I sweat soo much. Today's fiction dance moves was another accomplishment. But after I was done, I realised that I just wasted my time and life, trying to just fit in to my class. I mean, so what? by the time I get back to school next year, it will just be a very old song already, right? There will be newer songs and newer bands and if I try to show what I've learnt they will probably be like 'oh that song damn old already la' and stuff like that. I do try. But these days dances are very very difficult to dance to. I know it. I experienced it so much that I know how it overworks the damn body. I have Nephrotic Syndrome, which is the kidney leakage of blood and proteins. Doctor tells me not to overwork myself cuz I am only allowed to drink 1 litre of water a day. So why do you think I stress so much just to dance these steps? Cuz I just wanna show that, even though I'm in a uniform group, and all I do is drills, and I may look short and look like im uncapable of anything, but I just want to show you that, maybe, just maybe, even the smallest of the smallest, have bigger dreams than most of you. Maybe me, who never showed that I could dance before in my whole entire life, just wants to show you all that, I can do it as well? That I can dance just like that girl, but with a little bit of a lower level, or maybe even a lesser amount of skills and dance moves.
I may be small, but my dreams are bigger than me - Yang Yoseob (B2ST)
