A Baby Food Review: Cheese Bokki

Hey everyone! So today I was at Parkway shopping for random items when I came across this guy right here.

I found it at the Seoul Mart? Which I'm sure can be found in Seoul as well. Anyways, I heard quite alot of good reviews for it and just decided to give it a try.

It costs around... $1.70 I think. It is quite expensive for a tiny cup of Cheese Bokki but it's really really worth it! I was also thinking if I wasted my money on this little guy right here..

Well anyways, this cup definitely comes with instructions that you and I both cannot read (Unless you can read hangul or are a korean)

Anyways, I managed to figure out how to work with this and it turned out pretty well!

Step 1: Take out the packaging.

It should come with the noodles and a baggie of cheese powder.

Leave the cheese powder aside first, and pour hot water into the cup at the given line.

Wait for about 4 minutes, When 4 minutes is up~~

The words read here is "kkok! kkok! kkok! kkok!" which is supposedly the popping sound. So just poke holes in the 4 words.

Then, just drain all the water from the cup.

After doing that, quickly mix in your cheese powder with the noodles. I know, it sounds weird, but just trust me on this one.

After mixing it, you're free to eat it! However, if you do not like your noodles this plain, then you can add in any side meat! Like sausages, or spam or even veggies.

I added black pepper chicken ^^ Anyways, verdict of this food?

It was amazingly awesome. It tasted really really good! Okay, maybe at first it tasted a little weird? Cuz usually non soupy noodles and cheese powder just sounds really gross together, but it's actually really nice! The cheese tastes abit like cheddar, so it's kinda salty as well. I let my brother try it and he said it's nice as well.

I ate the rest btw, yes it is very filling even though I bought the smaller cup, so if you are gonna buy the bigger cup, I recommend you share it with a friend if you have a small stomach. If you think you can handle the big one, well that's good for you!

So, I hope that you all just go to your local korean mart and buy one of this Cheese Bokki back home and try to make it! It's really really good! That I can promise you!

P.S. This is coming from my own opinion.

Annyeong!
