Term Break Part II: Birthday Surprises

12/06/2015: Mad Nest & Surprise Birthday Celebration I

So, right after my trip from Malaysia, the ABYM peeps demanded.. okay not demanded, insisted that we go out for dinner/drinking at Mad Nest, which serves freaking awesome naan bread (the cheese one omg) and awesome cocktails/shots.

So, we were supposed to meet at 7 sharp, but, I reached around 6.50pm and I was the only one sitting alone at the bus stop by myself till 8pm. Wtf.

Shortly, Chulin arrived and we went into Mad Nest first while waiting for Ashleigh & Bernice. Tsk.

So, we ordered our cocktails and waited for the naan basket to arrive.

#1 I for the life of me cannot remember what this cocktail is called. Green Sour Apple something

#2 I can't remember what this one was called either

#3 Cosmopolitan 

#4 Sex by the Beach

Chulin and I ordered like a pair of shots each as well, the "Kamikaze", which was really sweet but it was tolerable.

So while joking around, the naan basket arrived.

 Guys if you're buying the naan basket I suggest you buy an extra basket of the cheese naan cuz it's so fucking good omg the cheese is all melty and chewy together with the naan hahaha omg I'm like craving for it now but I'm in school shimata T___T

Anyways, we played a few games (as usual) and finally decided to leave to go to my house (We were supposed to go to Chulin's but hers is too far so we settled for mine)

 Anyways when we reached my house, Ashleigh and Bernice went to the kitchen to grab some water while me and Chulin were talking with my mum.

The both of them came out singing the birthday song while carrying in 3 slices of cake from breadtalk omg. (Salted Caramel, Banana & Tiramisu or Toffee I think)

This is like.... the first time I've been surprised in a longggggg time omg. I don't know what to say man, it felt really awkward though wtf.

Thank you you three for the surprise, it was really sweet of you three.

Btw, the "abandon vettepa at bus stop till an hour later" was also part of their plan wtf. And they nearly let slip their plan when chulin mentioned that bernice did her brows and I'm like... but you guys didn't come here together??? Hmmmmmm

17/06/2015: FIV五 Izakaya Bar: Surprise Birthday Celebration II

Another drinking session! Yeah I'm actually getting really bored of drinking honestly.
But anyways, met up with Chulin & Bernice at Somerset at 5.30pm before moving over to Compasspoint to to go the bar.

We waited in there for about 30 minutes before Kirwin & Jeremy arrived with another cake for me ^^ (Imma get fat man)

Wasn't really a surprise since I kinda suspected it when Chulin told me Kirwin needed to go buy a lighter lawlawlawl.

But anyways, we ate the cake and started buying our drinks and shots while waiting for Michelle to arrive (She arrived 2 hours later...)

Anyways, halfway through there were singers on stage taking requests (I forgot their name but they are a duo and their harmonisation is fantastic) when big mouth Kirwin decided to announce that we were having a sort of early celebration birthday for me and hence started the singing of the birthday song in the bar wtf. I hid in my hermit crab shell throughout the entire ordeal.

Anyways, thank you guys again for the lovely cake! Although there were no photos with Michelle, we had a great time with her too! Although she only stayed for like.. an hour or so...

Thank you guys once again, and Happy Birthday to me hahaha.
