Seoul Day 6 & 7

It's time for Day 6 & 7!

Day 6

I wore... I think 2 to 3 layers that day? Cordell and I were watching Reply 1997 on the TV in the hotel room and we saw the outside temperature for that day.

OMG wtf. We both were actually thinking of not going out at all. But we needed to because we needed to buy a few things. So, we decided to go to Dongdaemun for some early shopping.

When we reached Dongdaemun, we decided to start shopping at any random locations. Cordell bought alot of things btw. Hahahaha. 

What I bought that day ^^ It's like jeggings? But there's leather on it as well ^_^

Anyways, since there was nothing much to buy anymore, we decided to head over to Myeongdong. When we reached Myeongdong, we decided to stop by the album shop first to buy a few albums.

 After we bought the albums, we headed to Starbucks to buy drinks and... cakes and open our albums there.

Anyways, Day 6 was kinda boring. Nothing much happened I guess. We went back to the hotel room really really early too.

Yeah pretty much. (Damn you Cordell what kinda unglam photo is this?!)

Day 7

Day 7: The hunt for the Chilly Cha Cha Croquette~!

Well, okay. We woke up on day 7 with a mission. A mission to go to all the foodie places that Simon & Martina went to!

Anyways, we woke up around 9, left the hotel room at 10.30. We walked past Paris Baguette without stopping and took the subway to Sangsu. 

We read that if you wanna go to Chilly cha cha, you have to go there really hungry. Which is why we didn't eat breakfast beforehand.

Anyways, when we dropped off at Sangsu, we got out at Exit 1, then walked all the way to Dunkin Donuts, from there, we turned right, heading into Parking lot street. Then, we headed diagonally left and kept walking straight from there. 

From there, the time was around... 12pm? When we found Chilly cha cha however...

IT OPENS AT 3.30.

WHAT THE HELL. 

Anyways, we decided to go find another shop, which I wanted to go to really badly. It was called DangoJip.

Unfortunately, we spent 2 hours trying to find it and we failed. In the end, we stayed in 7 11 and Cordell bought this cup noodle which was freaking delicious omg.

Later, at around 2.30, we walked around again and we came across this bakery shop. So, we decided to go there and stay there for awhile. Because I didn't eat, I went to grab a few pastries to try.

Onion Pizza and me

-.- Anyways.... The onion pizza, which was shared by Cordell and I, was really really strong. Omg. I literally scraped off the cheese and the onion and just ate the rest of the pizza. The cheese was... parmesan, I think.

Anyways, it was... 3pm already? So we decided to walk back.

When we reached Chilly Cha Cha again, it was... 3.20. So, we camped inside GS25 and just waited with an Iced Lemon Tea and a Starbucks Espresso Shot.

Then, when it was FINALLY 3.30, we walked out and slowly opened the door and took a seat. The menu is all in Korean btw, so I suggest that you have a friend who knows at least abit of korean or understands the hangul.

Oksusu, Bajil Keurim, Kwail Croquette

Okay, so the first one we tried was the Oksusu (Corn) one! Omg, it was so... good. It tasted exactly like Shepherd's pie, but no meat. Omg I miss it so much now T.T

Btw, after we ate the Oksusu one, which was half each, we were already full.

Then, Bajil Keurim (Basil Cream). Simon & Martina said that they really liked this one, which was why we ordered it so we could taste it.

First of all, it was very... mash potato like? Like the oksusu one, it leaked alot. So, we had to eat it quickly.

All I can say is that, if you don't like strong herb flavours, then you probably wouldn't like this one. I don't like anything that is too strong, so I didn't really like the Basil Cream. Cordell didn't like it either.

Next one! Kwail (Fruit)! This one I ate by myself cuz Cordell doesn't really like fruits. So I had one whole big croquette all the myself. It tasted exactly like Mcdonald's apple pie. Exactly like it, but this one had more fruits.

Well, we definitely didn't finish it. We were so full omg.

Anyways, after that, we left the shop and walked back to Sangsu subway station. We took the subway to Myeongdong and decided to buy each other a Christmas present.

The mustache shirt was what Cordell bought for me ^^ I bought her something like that, but it was a heart shape and it was less translucent.

Then, we went to APIEU to shop for facial products. Now, normally I don't buy these kinda things, but because I realised that I haven't bought anything for my family, I decided to buy a few items here.

AP'IEU Dongwoon perfume

Omg, I think my heart cracked that day. My poor money T.T Anyways, I wanted to buy the perfume because my perfume supply in Singapore was running low. So, I decided to buy one of them.

Doojoon - Smells like Rose, but a really strong version.

Hyunseung - I can't remember but I think it was quite... okay

Junhyung - Singapore toilet

Yoseob - Same as Hyunseung

Gikwang - Korean toilet

Dongwoon - Lemon Musk smell

Yeah.

Anyways, after shopping and getting tired, we went back to the hotel to rest for awhile. At around 10 plus, we decided to go eat KBBQ, which was really near our hotel. Like...  a 5 minutes walk away?

It was really GOOD. It was really affordable too and OMG it was so good. I cannot stand it I'm craving for it so badly now. FML.

Anyways, I will update the rest of the days pretty soon. Even I want to finish up the 10 days Trip now. T.T
