Seoul Day 8

Hello! I think I better finish up my Seoul trip, I have a feeling you guys are getting bored. (In fact, I'm getting a tiny bit bored too) Anyways, let's start with Day 8 shall we? ^_^

Day 8

Yeah. This was what happened. At first, Cordell woke up and she told me that she couldn't walk. So, we inspected her right foot and there was like a swollen bulge near her foot arch. She couldn't walk properly and she couldn't move her feet that much either. Each movement or step felt like some electricity went up her leg or something.

Mine was slightly better but still terrible. My ankles/shins, due to the dry weather and me wearing jeans and high ankle shoes, was super dry and it cracked really badly. Cracked to the point where there were small wound openings. *Shudder* It looked like.. those kinda tiny scratches with large open wounds, but much more worse and much more painful.

So, we decided to stay in the hotel room that day and just watch TV, while Cheryl & Eliza froze their asses off at a outdoor concert. Mind you, the concert started at 6pm, they were already there at 7am.

After awhile, we got bored and decided to take a few selcas.

Yeah. Anyways, then Cordell wanted to go out to Hongdae and find a stationary shop.

-.-

I told her "Noooooo" in my most commanding voice ever, but the moment she wants something, she's as stubborn as a cow. So, we showered, changed and set off for Hongdae.

Now, again my injury wasn't so bad, I just didn't tie my shoes that tight anymore and I wore a much more looser jeans (Looser around the ankles).Cordell had to suffer walking in the cold streets of Hongdae for a few long minutes.

After we reached Hongdae, the search for the stationary shop began! (Which.. failed... terribly.. to be honest)

While, searching, we walked to like a... nail shop and Cordell really Really REALLY wanted to do her nails. So I was like... "Oh okay sure, I'll wait for you"

It took around... 1.5 hours for her nails to be done. But hey, it was okay, I had a fashion magazine to keep me occupied.

One of the entries in the page. Sooyoung unnie so sexy~

Anyways, then Cordell had to dry her nails.

Another 15 minutes gone~ Then finally, her nails were done!

They are red because her fingers were cold. All together it only costs around... 25,000 won? Which was quite cheap for nails I guess.

Anyways, we decided to give up our search since it was.. 7pm already. We decided to buy back some Korean Street Food from this Ahjumma that we saw a few days ago and she remembered us! We bought odeng and lots of deep fried food.

Mandu, Kimbap, Sweet Potato and Veggie
Sososososo goooooooood Omg. One Odeng costs like... 500 won and the deep friend thing costs like 5,000 for 5 delicious deep fried things.

Anyways, after we were done stuffing ourselves, we decided to head back to Euljiro Sam ga (:

On the way however, we went into Paris Baguette and we saw... Ice Cream.
So, we bought ice cream and decided to walk back to the hotel while eating the ice cream.

Red bean (Mine), Green Tea (Cordell)

After we ate the ice cream, we just watched TV as if I'm correct, KBS Gayo Daejun 2012 was on. OMG. IT WAS SO. HD. I SWEAR. FIRST TIME EVER, Usually in Singapore and you try the live stream, it usually lags like some sloth's ass. So, we were actually really really happy.

Okay, enough for now, I will save the next day's one for another day! Day 9 was super interesting! That, I can promise you! But for now, Annyeong!
