Indulgence

Sup people! Sorry I know it is my September Holidays and I have not updated the blog at all. I can explain okay! I had work for the first half of my holidays and the rest of the week was spent going out with friends whom I hadn't met in weeks!

Anyways, started off with Melwyn & Seek Fong's wedding celebration at St. Bernadette's church! I had the greatest opportunity to help out in the choir group and sing for their wedding!

Bought a pretty floral dress from Radpopsicles just for this event and I had lost a considerable amount of fat (not weight) due to stress prior to the wedding from exams (I had no time to eat okay) so the dress was a little loose.

Also I was extremely elated to see this buddy of mine again!

Anyways, it was a really wonderful experience I must say. Seeing your teacher get married and looking all happy and er... dancing to the entrance with his wife is a pretty cute/hilarious/wtf sight.

After that day, it was just an onslaught of work, work and even more work since I took up a 2 weeks part time job working for Robinsons expo as a cashier. However, I managed to squeeze some time in for my junior's UDI POP

Anyways we reached at like 4.20 and we were supposed to be seated by like 4.30 wtf so we kalam kabut run to harmony hall (cuz it was gonna rain or some shit like that) and finally got seated down for the ceremony wtf

Yayers! But by the time I got home it was 10pm and I had morning fucking shift the next day so bleh.

Decided to skip work on a Friday because I overslept so technically it wasn't really my fault (who am I kidding)

Met up with Michelle for dance practice at Clark Quay

Okay anyways....

After that it was crazy I basically didn't do anything for almost a week because after my 3 day work at Shangri La Hotel I could hardly move one muscle in my body.

But I knew I had to get out of bed and be productive soon because Bernice, Ashleigh and I had a "Surprise" birthday picnic for Chulin and I had to get ingredients for the picnic.

Me - Fruit tart
Ashleigh - Pasta pesto salad, Chicken wrap
Bernice - Cheese omelette, cheese sausages
Chulin - Mostly drinks

Well basically it wasn't really a surprise because Chulin kinda suspected it already but oh well..

Ain't it just amazing to have friends to hang out with and just.. have fun? Hahaha I forgot to add in that we actually played Bean Boozled as well and I must say...

I now know what Rotten egg taste like.

Also, I finally dyed my hair! Okay I didn't really... dye the whole head, but just the ends, and it isn't really considered dip dyeing either cuz... who dyes such a neutral/dark colour right?

Anyways its like this mix between red and brown but I'm currently liking it, my mum approves too so... all is well I guess. I mean its not obvious unless under sunlight or strong lighting which is aye okay for me.

But I really wanted to cry while in the shower when I realise how knotted the ends of my hair are because of the dye and the smell of the dye is fucking disgusting wtf? I had to endure the smell surrounding my nostrils for almost 3 days D:

I mean I really, really love my hair alot. So to suddenly ask me to deal with knotted hair is a really bad idea for me because when I comb my hair and there's a knot......  I wouldn't care. I would just... pull. Yeah, you get the general idea.

 I finally got myself a flannel shirt and new shorts (which makes me look like I have a bulge) but yay for me I finally decided to be nice to myself and buy new clothes (no really, most of my expenses are given to food)

And finally, I had another dance practice with Michelle just yesterday and.......

I'M NEVER FUCKING GOING BACK THERE.

When we arrived it was pitched black wtf (Blackout I suppose) and to make things even better, there was nobody at the front counter. Like seriously nobody.

What makes it worse is that the studio we booked was 2 corners down, so we had to manoeuvre around 2 long alleys and 2 corners in the dark in order to get to our studio which was fucking creepy. Moreover, our studio door kept making this click sound which freaked the hell out of both of us wtf.

But it went kinda well till Mich pulled her foot muscle and I wasn't doing very well myself because I sprained my ankle prior to the dance practice.

I'm gonna be nice and upload the video of how she pulled her nerve muscle cuz she's an idiot (kidding kidding) but yeah it was pretty terrible cuz we were not expecting it.

And to be even nicer, I will upload our dance practice video here because... I can. It's still in modification, so there are some mistakes, but we will of course be fixing everything by Friday. Do note that we were both dancing with injured limbs so we weren't in top form condition wtf haha I remember nearly smacking my face on the ground cuz I lost my balance, meh.
